Zuko Xhalisa is human Cameron Syndicate agent who rules much of the planet Droplet, making his home at Colony Droplet Alpha South where he peddles drugs, such as Liquor and Illumination, weapons and organises pirating raids on the surrounding spaceways.
He uses the Smuilian doctor Gint to handle much of his administration.
In 314AE part of his operation was burned down by Ejjina Mexonber-Quad, he attempted to follow her out into space and attacked the transportZiwyggl, but was defeated by her.
