A Locator Hub is a method of instantaneous transportation between two points.
The Locator Hub creates a small wormhole in space and pushes a person through it and out the other end, usually between two Hubs, as it takes a tremendous amount of energy to do so without a Hub to start and finish the wormhole, so locating without hubs to control the locate is only done in an emergancy.
The area around a Locator Hub feels different to mst places, it is often decribed as feeling "unnatural."
